“How can we show which offices are located in Birmingham city centre?” The Birmingham Office market Forum asked us. “Well, start with a very detailed map and give the area a boundary”, we answered.

So Core looked at packaging a map that reflected the rapidly expanding city centre to be used as a definitive reference document for those looking to invest in the city, as well as by the office agents themselves.

The initiative was the first time any city’s property community has come together to provide a unified voice on the office market. So Core had the tricky task of co-ordinating everyone’s input and making sure they were happy with the end result.

To celebrate its publication, now in its second edition, Core arranged a breakfast launch event which saw almost 170 of the city’s key office agents, property and business community come together to see members of BOMF, including Birmingham City Council, provide insights and analysis of the past, present and future growth of the city centre office market.
