A good story has many sequels, and the latest chapter of Brindleyplace is enthralling Birmingham’s business community. Designed by internationally renowned architect Glenn Howells, Eleven Brindleyplace will be an iconic showpiece that will truly add a twist to the tale.

Rising higher than any of the other buildings, Eleven will stand out with its bronze anodised aluminium exterior, while its smaller floorplates will appeal to niche professional or creative services rather than the typical Brindleyplace occupier seeking a blue chip headquarters.

For us, promoting Eleven has been about staying true to the language of a brand while using a dialect that appeals to new users. Our signature strap line ‘The same – but different’, runs as a theme across the brochure, mailer, website, occupiers’ guide and hoarding.  Simple and powerful, it speaks of how Eleven incorporates all that is best in Brindleyplace yet represents a whole new offer. Both agents and occupiers have listened.
