Property development marketing through HTML campaigns
In a business environment dominated by electronic devises, Core has driven the creation of HTML email newsletters as part of wider property development marketing campaigns for many clients, helping them communicate swiftly and cost effectively with their target audiences.
Most recently Core designed and built the Argent Update – a quarterly, email based HTML which allows property developer Argent to send its latest news and views direct to recipients in-boxes. Here’s a sneak peak at what we created…

While there is always a place for printed mailers within the marketing mix, in this instance, a HTML communication provides an immediate, cost effective, interactive and, most importantly, measurable devise through which Argent can reach its target audiences.
Using our experience in email analytics, we are able to monitor exactly who receives, opens and clicks through to read the Argent Update in full. We can also measure which website links built into the HTML were clicked on and whether any email addresses bounced back. This provides us with the reporting breadth and depth to afford Argent with a clear evaluation as to the effectiveness of this discreet marketing campaign.
As to the design, the Argent Update remains true to the client’s corporate colour scheme while clearly projecting its brand identity through the dissemination of a communication that is crisp, clear and concise, both visually and factually. The in-box version of the HTML provides an image and opening paragraph from each news article, with the option to click through to read each in further detail. The HTML is also designed to be flexible allowing us to adapt the number of articles included each quarter, depending on messages Argent wishes to communicate.
