‘Best of the Best’ for Argent

The Core team was delighted when client Argent’s landmark property Eleven Brindleyplace was voted the UK’s best commercial workplace and crowned the overall ‘Best of the Best’ Workplace by The British Council for Offices (BCO).
Keen to communicate the building’s latest success with its wider audiences, the Core team swiftly created a mailshot highlighting the accolade. The mailer was created to sit within Eleven Brindleyplace’s existing brand (also created by Core) with an attention grabbing typographical front simply stating ‘best of the best’. Internally, the mailer combined further detail of the building’s commercial offering alongside an impressive quote from the Chairman of the BCO Awards stating why the building was selected to receive the BCO’s ultimate award. The back cover of the mailshot details Eleven Brindleyplace’s commercial agents, providing potential occupants with clear contact details.
Alongside the mailshot, Core also designed and created two pop-up banners highlighting the BCO award win. Again, these sit within the existing Eleven Brindleyplace branding and employ striking photography of the building to illustrate its much deserved award.
These two marketing devices have enabled Argent to promote its prestigious award win to a broad range of audiences, simply and effectively.
