Core reveals ‘tailor made’ signage at Thirty5 Newhall Street

As part of an integrated marketing campaign to let the high quality, flexible office space available at Thirty5 Newhall Street in Birmingham, the Core design team were tasked with creating eye catching external signage to further raise awareness of the space on offer.
Having already created a suite of marketing materials including a lettings brochure and a website for the building, it was important that the signage continued to reflect the ‘tailoring’ theme already adopted throughout the campaign, as well as promoting the lettings message with a clear and consistent call to action.
Situated at the junction between Newhall and Edmund Street, the building provided the perfect location for a large, highly visible sign in the heart of Colmore Business District. No strangers to property marketing and creating unusual solutions for clients, the brief required Core to provide much more than an average agents’ letting board.
Our design studio got to work in creating an innovative design that reflected the quality of the established Thirty5 brand and mirrored the flexible message promoted throughout the rest of the campaign, through use of tailoring imagery and on message copywriting.
After a complex print and installation process, the final result is certainly a striking one. Standing at three metres high on the corner of the building, we’ve no doubt that the new sign has got the CBD talking!
Have you seen it or have you seen any cool signage you want to tell us about? If so, leave us a comment.
