Property Marketing-Refresh of Colmore Plaza compact brochure

Following the success of the compact brochure created to communicate the flexible space options available at landmark office building Colmore Plaza, Core was tasked with updating and refreshing the existing design to reflect the building in its occupied state, to attract potential tenants.
A string of lettings throughout 2010 has brought the building to life and it was important to illustrate the new found vibrant atmosphere within the building through the design of the new brochure. To achieve this, new photography of the tenant’s occupied space and the building’s common areas in use took place. This was then used throughout the refreshed brochure to demonstrate life within Colmore Plaza, balanced with images and messaging detailing the space options still available to potential tenants.
The redesigned brochure mirrors the previous150mm square shape, retaining the building’s well established logo. The classic Colmore Plaza blue has been replaced with a crisp white to create a clean look that enables the vibrant photography to tell the story.
The cover of the brochure contains a cut out, which invites the reader to visualise their own office space within the building, though the use of an open floorplate image that is fully revealed once the brochure’s cover is opened.
The internal sheet once again opens through a number of folds that allows the reader to view segments at a time through the action of folding open the unusual 12 page insert.
The brand values and high quality specification of the building continues to be communicated throughout the design with the consistent use of high quality paper stock, photography style and laminated special finishes.
