Breathing new life into an existing brand

Now in its 8th year, euroLED has seen significant growth since its launch in 2004 and has become widely recognised as Europe’s foremost event for the LED and Solid State Lighting industry.
In order to reflect the flourishing aspirations of this burgeoning event, organisers Birmingham Science Park Aston tasked Core with creating a reinvigorated brand identity and to provide essential marketing support for the event.
The new look and feel for euroLED 2011 has been conceived by Core’s in-house design team and extends across both printed and electronic collateral, aligning the technological, innovative feel of the event with a strong visual identity.
Offering a contemporary concept, with uncluttered space enhanced by a clean, bold logo, the euroLED 2011 website was the first showcase opportunity for the new brand.
Usability was a key requirement in the development of the design of the website, with BSPA keen to ensure that users could easily find their way to the various registration pages for the conference, exhibition and gala dinner, as well as professional enquiries relating to exhibition space.
