Contemporary Garden Rooms relocates to Audley Avenue Enterprise Park

Developer St. Modwen has secured a three year lease for the letting of a 1,784 sq ft industrial unit at its Audley Avenue Enterprise Park in Newport, Shropshire.
Local business Contemporary Garden Rooms has taken Unit 8 on the Enterprise Park which is situated to the South East of Newport. Recently featured in Grand Designs magazine and having secured a contract with Microsoft, Contemporary Garden Rooms create individually designed outdoor rooms to provide home owners with additional living space solutions. Relocating to the Enterprise Park has enabled the company to continue to expand its successful business as managing director, Paul Jones explains:
