Over 50 per cent of all apartments have now been sold at Walton Homes’ Carisbrooke House development located on Greenway Park in Two Gates, Tamworth.
11 of the 20 homes have now been sold at the luxury scheme and Walton Homes has reported that the two bedroom apartments are proving popular with downsizers looking for smaller or no mortgage repayments, lower utility bills and less maintenance responsibilities.
