Leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen has completed a letting with property and building solutions supplier Integrated M&C Services Ltd (IMCS) for a 1,292 sq ft office building at The Oaks Business Park, Clews Road in Redditch.

The five year letting will see IMCS – one of the Midlands’ leading independent building services providers – relocate its headquarters to The Oaks.
