Walton Homes is gearing up to launch four new sites across Staffordshire; a development programme which will see a total of 84 new homes built across the county.

The Lichfield based developer has recently commenced construction at Appledore in Armitage, Brindley Gardens and Brindley Rise in Rugeley and Millfields in Tamworth, which will all launch next month (September).

The largest development, Brindley Rise, comprises 37 stylish apartments, ranging from studios to one and two bedroom apartments and duplexes, and 24 three-bedroom houses. This exciting development is located just off Wharf Road in the centre of Rugeley. 

Additionally, three detached houses will be launched at Brindley Gardens off Brereton Road, which is also in Rugeley.

Walton’s Millfields development is situated in a prime location on Brookside Way in Wilnecote, with junction 10 of the M42 and the amenities of Tamworth just a short journey away.  The new development consists of two bungalows, both two-bedroom, and nine three and four bedroom traditional two storey houses. All properties have been designed to a very high standard including spacious kitchens and modern bathrooms. Millfields will be launched in September from an on-site sales and marketing suite. 

Also launching in September will be the prestigious Appledore development, consisting of nine, large three and four bedroom houses. Located in the charming village of Armitage, the homes will benefit from the traditional community amenities and rural surroundings on offer.
