Crest Nicholson scooped the title of ‘Residential Developer of the Year’ at the annual Insider West Midlands Property Awards, last week.

Held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, it is the largest and most high profile event of its kind for the regional property industry, with over 500 people in attendance to see Crest Nicholson receive the coveted prize.

The award win fell on the same day that detailed planning consent was granted for the central phase of Park Central, which will see the delivery of a further 132 one and two bedroom apartments at the flagship mixed-use development in central Birmingham.
